The I@work platform is a crowdsourcing effort. The intent of the project is to compile records of individuals’ work outcomes for historical documentation and research purposes. Every entry to I@Work platform, whether it is about a product and/or service (work outcomes), complete or incremental, is considered a donation to our cause.
Your donation is not in support of somebody who will do this research and development. You can become a subject of intervention studies by obtaining your DNA profile from participating company at discounted rate (and even for free in some cases), and by providing information about your lifetime work outcome at I@Work platform. This will make you a subject of the life data ecosystem. A link for your entry will be emailed to you at the moment of donation.
Our project started as an effort for preservation of work outcomes information, inspired by a story of loss of most important details about the iconic American product, created by first generation immigrants. Work outcome is one of the main integral characteristics of individual’s traits, determined by DNA and environmental influences. Immigration instantly and deeply affects individual’s environment, while DNA remains. Extended mission of our project enables support of research for potential correlations between individual’s work outcome and individual’s DNA, based on the analysis of the data of individuals’ work outcome. The project has been evolved to a worldwide effort, which is still a nonprofit.
Participation in research is optional. To those, who are interested in research of such correlations, complete DNA sequencing and DNA analysis will be proposed. It also can be anonymous
